Werner Almesberger 9412c9debe ubb-vga: test image now shows detailed horizontal and vertical timing
- ubb-vga.c (CYCLES), ubb-vga.h: corrected conversion and moved to
  ubb-vga.h
- tstimg.c (printc): added characters '=' and '+'
