Made first draft of schematics.

Browse Source 
- usb.sch: largely based on reference design, with fewer caps
- atrf.sch: reference design plus LC-balun from AVR2004
- wpan-atrf.sch: tie it all together
- components/at86rf230.lib, components/at86rf230.dcm: changed bidirectional
  power pins to passive
