Updated the LED.

- BOOKSHELF: added LTST-C190KRKT data sheet
- usb.sch: changed R1 to 68 Ohm. C8051F326 VOH at -10 mA is typ.
  VIO-0.8 V = 2.5 V, the LTST-C190KRKT has Vf at 10 mA typ. ~1.8 V
  (fig. 2), so we need to burn about 0.7 V.
- usb.sch: set the value of VR1, VR2, VR3 (add more details later)
