ants: 80% antenna and adaptation of CAM script for various antenna sizes

- ants/meander.fpd: added 80% antenna
- ants/cam/pcb.pl: parametrized PCB size
- ants/cam/pcb.pl: defined PCB sizes for the various antenna sizes
