The Great ATSPI Renaming, part 8: rename the tools from atspi-* to atrf-*
- tools/atrf-*/atspi-*.c: renamed to atrf-*.c - tools/atrf-*/Makefile (MAIN): updated name of program - tools/atrf-*/*.c: updated path in title comment
