The Great ATSPI Renaming, part 2: rename ATSPI_* identifiers to ATUSB_*
- atusb/fw/include/atusb/ep0.h, atusb/fw/atusb/ep0.c: rename all ATSPI_* identifiers (EP0 commands, protocol revision, etc.) to ATUSB_* - tools/lib/atusb.c, tools/atspi-id/atspi-id.c: track identifier change
