atusb/cam: modernize, and change setup for current workpiece

- atusb/cam/doit: new workpiece parameters
- atusb/cam/doit: use "cameo", increase feed rate, increase tool clearance
- atusb/cam/pcb.pl: removed radii from toolpath (cameo takes care of them)
