- atrf-xmit.c (xfer_one): use atrf_interrupt_wait instead of
  atrf_interrupt to pull the interrupt line
- atrf-xmit.c (xfer_one): removed delay-based wait to interrupt
- atrf-xmit.c (xfer_one): use atrf_interrupt_wait instead of reading
  REG_IRQ_STATUS directly
