- scripts/gitsch2ppm, scripts/schhist2web: replace awkward and cryptic
`dirname "$x"`/`basename "$x" .old`.new
construct with much more friendly "${x%.old}.new"
- scripts/gitenealogy: put -- before path names in git-log, to prevent
parsing ambiguities
