Xiangfu Liu 345e0730e5 Revert "flite: include in upstream" ...

this version is 1.4 different with the upstream.
upstream is 1.3 (it's have some share share libs patch)

by remove the "--with-audio="oss"" in upstream verison
not fix the issue in nanontoe

the issue is:
  [flite -t "hello world" a.wav && aplay a.wav] is much better then
  [flite -t "hello world"]

This reverts commit fe66b54342.
