[brcm63xx] bcm63xx MTD driver cleanup and fixes:
...
- convert to platform_driver
- get the window_size/addr from the board setup code
- indentation fixes
- remove duplicate code
- move bcm_tag declaration out of the MTD driver

strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX_<ver>_<board> becomes CONFIG_TARGET_<board>, same for profiles.
