53f7e4a36b move the hotplug2 kill command from preinit to /etc/init.d/boot, so that it works for initramfs as well

0d9004633d init: don't start hotplug2 if it doesn't exist 
The current init script always tries to start hotplug 2, even if
it's not present, so we get an error on boot.

This change checks for the presence of the hotplug2 binary before
trying to start it.

5ad62fbdd3 Forward port whiterussian resolv.conf changes 
/etc/resolv.conf links to /tmp/resolv.conf
/tmp/resolv.conf links to /tmp/resolv.conf.auto by default (which is where the ISPs nameserver is in)
When dnsmasq starts, it replaces /tmp/resolv.conf with a file pointing to 127.0.0.1
