b13c35b00f [lantiq] enable usb on dgn3500 
A power-enable toggle gpio is not available, it is always on and protected with a resettable fuse.

9f0871090d ath9k: make endian check optional 
Turns out it triggers on some AR71xx devices where no swapping should be done.
Enable endian check for the lantiq target.
