"ALSA: ...." appear due to the fact that load_modules in
/etc/init.d/boot is called after gmenu2x start.

b07cc5d017 added HISTFILE env variable in /etc/profile 
This is necessary because otherwise the history is saved in different
files when logged in via ssh and via tty.
