e84d529127 fix a race condition with broadcom wl devices in a bridge 
if a device is added before the bridge is brought up, the wifi settings are lost

d412cd8af2 massively reduce the number of forks that busybox ash has to do while processing our scripts 
this is accomplished simply by changing the order in which it looks for builtins and applets

08ec77b115 include the network state in the dnsmasq init script. this makes it possible to run a dhcp server on dynamically assigned interfaces without hardcoding interface names
