This patch enables few extra kernel options for the kvm_guest subtarget:
- Tickless kernel to avoid timer ticks in idle guests, reduces CPU usage
- Enable paravirtualization steal time support

Add a KVM guest subtarget to the x86 target. Since VirtIO is the
preferred I/O virtualization platform for kvm, this target expects it's
root device to be /dev/vda.
