hauke 22d5936ba2 brcm47xx: add some missing pci ID for tg3 driver ...

Broadcom removed these pci id, but at least the wrt350n has a Ethernet
controller with a pci id of 14e4:1676

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
