nbd 79670e1e13 change the way ./files* and the generic kernel files are applied. ./files now applies to *ALL* kernel versions, and is copied along with ./files-* - this gets rid of quite a bit of redundancy in the extra kernel drivers. ...

strip the kernel version suffix from target directories, except for brcm-2.4 (the -2.4 will be included in the board name here). CONFIG_LINUX_<ver>_<board> becomes CONFIG_TARGET_<board>, same for profiles.
