Lars-Peter Clausen 4781d4c068 Revert "enable sound default" ...

This reverts commit b33c92aaf5a5ac8849cbb85c2f31067ff5d0606b.

The commit inverted the semantics for ADC Switch. When the switch is Off Sound
is On and when the switch is On sound is Off. This will certainly confuse users
and apps.

And it did not enable sound by default.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
