hauke 84ddb1a863 brcm47xx: remove support for kernel 2.6.39 ...

There are problems with the patches for kernel 2.6.39 and I do not want to support two different sets of patches.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
