hauke c6a1114e56 ext4: add Support for large (2TB+) block devices and files ...

CONFIG_LBDAF is needed for mounting ext4 filesystems with huge_file enabled.
This is the default option.

This closes #6714.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
