hauke c863d2afc3 kernel: Add some missing config symbols ...

This adds some missing config symbols and opens the menu
behind CONFIG_SND_PCI and CONFIG_ISDN.

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
