Xiangfu Liu d8efb947ed fix the gpm94b0 init in zImage ...

which make zImage init the LCM correct.
 now when use xbboot load zImage, the kernel can correct init the LCD

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
