.SH DESCRIPTION
|
|
\f4settime\fP sets the access and modification dates for one or more files.
|
|
The dates are set to the specified date,
|
|
or to the access and modification dates
|
|
of the file specified via \f4-f\fP.
|
|
Exactly one of these methods must be
|
|
used to specify the new date(s).
|
|
The first \f2mm\f1 is the month number;
|
|
\f2dd\f1 is the day number in the month; \f2hh\f1 is the hour number
|
|
(24 hour system); the second \f2mm\f1 is the minute number; \f2yy\f1 is
|
|
the last two digits of the year and is optional.
|
|
For example:
