Troed Sångberg 1aa8675eee fix: v0.0.50 - reset generateMaxDecoded when generation ends

- Previously: max stayed stale from previous session, all new values looked like resets
- Now: reset generateMaxDecoded to 0 when no generating slot is found

Installation

Install from the CLI:

opencode plugin oc-tps@latest --global

Requires opencode 1.3.14 or newer.
