atben/Makefile: replace defective mlztx process with more robust cptx

Browse Source 
- Makefile (MLZTX, mlztx): fails to update fields that exist but have
  older content; removed
- Makefile (CPTX, cptx): use more robust but less elegant cptx process
  for now
