- Makefile (GMERGE, gerber): use "gmerge" to merge Comments (which now
  only contains the component references) into SilkS_Front
- Makefile (gerbv): Comments is now redundant; removed it

README 

PCB manufacturing:

- do not print PCB edges on front/back copper
- do not print component values on silk screen
- note that the transceiver is "upside down"
- the center (!) of the board edge line marks the true board edge, e.g.,
