Add DFU to BOOKSHELF. Add MMC driver unloading instructions to f32x/README - BOOKSHELF: added the DFU specification 1.1 as "dfu" - f32x/README: the kernel's MMC driver has to be unloaded before using the uSD interface for bit-banging

On the Ben, the kernel driver has to release the MMC port before it
can be used by f32x:
echo jz4740-mmc.0 >/sys/bus/platform/drivers/jz4740-mmc/unbind
