- hw/c2usb.brd: made board 40 mil wider (we still have a lot of room before
  reaching the maximum width of a USB dongle)
- hw/c2usb.brd: moved R1 and R2 10 mil away from U1
- hw/c2usb.brd: moved the power circuit 10 mil to the left, to increase the
  clearance of FB1
