juhosg d1f333874d ar71xx: rewrite SPI drivers for the RB4xx boards 
* add a new SPI controller driver
  * add SPI driver for the CPLD chip
  * convert the NAND driver
  * enable the mikroSD slot
  * enable more LEDs
