udpstream: drop the old white-box ok/tx-done indicators

They were drawn at y=850, overlapping the REST text row (846-867), which is
what shows as a stray box over REST in the unit photo. The text panel already
reports OK as YES/NO.

### 64.5 The stray white box in the photo
The photo shows one white box half over the `REST` row. That is the **old `ok`
indicator** (`rect(120, 850, 24, 24, 0xFF)`), left over from the white-box
layout: the text row `REST` sits at y 846-867 and the box at y 850-874, so they
overlap. The text panel already reports `OK YES/NO`, so both indicator boxes
(`ok` at x 120 and TX-done at x 160) have been removed. Cosmetic only — the
values in 64.1/64.2 are unaffected.
