Added Yageo CC series of ceramic SMT capacitors.

- boom/dist/dk/Makefile, boom/dist/dk/yageo-cc.catq: added catalog query
  for Yageo CC series of ceramic chip capacitors
- boom/manu/yageo/yageo.gen: generate characteristics of Yageo CC series
