- boom/lib/tol.inc: added tolerance "E", 0.5%
- boom/Makefile (MANU): added tdk
- boom/dist/dk/Makefile (PARTS), boom/dist/dk/tdk-c.catq: added the TDK
  C series
- boom/manu/tdk/Makefile, boom/manu/tdk/tdk.gen: added generation of
  TDK C series
