quilt push -a
cmake -DKICAD_TESTING_VERSION=ON .
make -j 5
make install


Rebuild with new/changed patches
--------------------------------

# update the patches
git pull

# rebuild KiCad
cd wherever/kicad.bzr
quilt pop -af
quilt push -a
cmake .
make -j 5
make install
