- boom/Makefile (MANU): added johanson
- boom/dist/dk/Makefile (MANU), boom/dist/dk/johanson-cergp.catq: added
  Johanson "no series" ceramic capacitors
- manu/johanson/Makefile, manu/johanson/johanson.gen: generate
  characteristics for Johanson capacitors
