remove auto-generate file:
  board/xburst/nanonote/config.tmp

cleanup the mmc_bread function:
  since we always read block, no aligned problem.

d1f331bc79 [uboot-xburst] small cleanup about __gpio_jtag_to_uart0() 
use __gpio_jtag_to_uart0() instread of direct write value to GPIO.

this __gpio_jtag_to_uart0() init the tp4 and tp5 of NanoNote to
serial console. it's same with the serial console under battery,
but which not share gpio with keyboard.

b48d96a65e separate conditions rather than ignoring error, thx @werner 
I've checked the rest of include/ for other cases of this error, but
didn't find any.

d340b5b533 silence error when package has no patches directory. 
make was reporting an error from ls:

  ls: cannot access ./patches: No such file or directory

for any package that didn't have a patches directory.  Hide this
error, as it isn't important.

ef19f3cad5 Add build variants support to InstallDev 
Before building a build variant would have removed the staging files installed
by the previous build variant from the same makefile.

df798b6eec [config] do not include packages <ntpdate> and <ntpclient> 
ntpdate's timeout is 2*4 seconds, when no internet connectivity exists (which is mostly the case on the NN while booting)
    ntpclient causes adjtimex spawned which consumes all available cpu ressources
