This change allows to apply OpenWrt, Buildroot and OE libtool fixes to packages which fail badly at autoreconf.
The fixup covers the common libtool versions 1.5, 2.2 and 2.4 and automatically determines the correct
version to use.

mbcache is only needed if xattr support is enabled, but this is only true
for ext4 on 2.6.37+, so just bundle it with ext4 when needed.

Bump to the current version of PPP.
A few of the patches are either in 2.4.5 or something functionally equivalent is, so those patches were removed.
1 patch was added to accommodate pppol2pv3_addr which is referenced in a linux kernel header file, but isn't defined in the kernel header files packaged with PPP.
Redux: re-instate the commenting out of the exponential back-off as requested by Felix.

Now that we can use a generic name for the switch there is no need for a
separate image for the WZR-HP-G301NH.
Update the default network config and remove the extra image.

This change corrects expected CPU name of Ralink RT3050, which
describes itself as RT3350 (this name is ripped off chip and elevated
to user space via /proc/cpuinfo.)

Also make switches available under a generic name "switch<num>" for device
name agnostic access. The old device name is used as an alias for backward
compatibility.

In 240-spi.patch, spi registers for bcm6348 were all messed up. This patch fixes that.
It also fixes some spi commands for all bcm63xx.

ssb_pcicore_fix_sprom_core_index accesses the sprom on the pci bus but
this causes a data bus error (oops) on a SoC.
