Added Yageo RC series chip resistors.

- boom/dist/dk/Makefile, boom/dist/dk/yageo-rc.catq: Yageo RC series chip
  resistors
- boom/manu/yageo/Makefile, boom/manu/yageo/yageo.gen: decode RC series
  chip resistors
- boom/Makefile (CHR): added yageo.chr
